Jon has always had a burning passion for helping others. A total foodie who loved sharing his creations with others, he loved consuming sweets and junk food. Throughout school, he always had attention and retainability issues. These challenges caused a tremendous amount of pain that crippled his ability to connect to others, resulting in a very negative state of mind. He was tired of feeling he didn't have the ability to accomplish the basics of everyday life. After finding no hope through conventional means, Jon decided enough was enough, he made it his obsession to learn everything possible about how to help himself and others heal. Many sleepless nights were put into researching all perspectives, all sides had to be considered. His unyielding passion to spread this knowledge and love to others is astounding, and has led to a vision unlike any other. It is his never-ending desire to end the pain that he had to overcome in any way possible.

Our Process

  We believe in the pure intentions of whole, minimally processed foods. We carefully source each ingredient paying close attention to farming practices, sustainable nature, and absolute purity of everything that goes into our chocolate. Even though we are in the process of becoming certified, organic and fair-trade standards are not enough.

  It has been our consistent experience that cacao nibs that have been gently dehydrated and packaged right after fermentation do not need to go through the sometimes excessive processing and heating process often used by many "bean to bar" chocolate makers. Even though we are in a position to get cacao beans for a lower cost, we have opted to remain "nib to bar" to control the complex flavors in properly fermented raw cacao.

  Our traditionally inspired low-heat stone grinding process allows us to alchemize our chocolate with our organic, zero-glycemic index sweeteners. We then temper this liquid bliss to create our chocolate bars, discs and shiny, galaxy-like, silky smooth, sugar-free truffles. Unlike any other truffle in the world, we infuse superfoods and great fats like coconut MCT oil for an other worldly smooth and creamy texture; no sugar or dairy needed!
